1. Nature of Services

AstroRitikaa provides astrology-related consultations, including Vedic astrology, KP astrology, numerology, tarot, Vastu, relationship guidance, career guidance, mobile number analysis, and name suggestions.

Consultations are interpretive, spiritual, cultural, and guidance-oriented in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, real estate, immigration, or other regulated professional advice.

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Astrology consultations are based on astrological systems, chart analysis, intuition, interpretation, and the information you provide. We do not guarantee any specific result, event, prediction, timeline, relationship outcome, business outcome, job outcome, health outcome, financial outcome, or legal outcome.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. Do not make major life, health, financial, legal, or safety decisions solely on the basis of a consultation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting a session
  • Use the website and services only for lawful purposes
  • Not submit false, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, spam, or unlawful content
  • Not attempt to interfere with the website, form, hosting, security, or analytics systems

4. Consultation Requests and Booking

Submitting the request form does not automatically confirm a booking. A session is confirmed only after AstroRitikaa contacts you and confirms the date, time, mode of consultation, scope, fees if applicable, and any other session details.

AstroRitikaa may accept, reject, reschedule, or decline any consultation request at its discretion, including where the request is incomplete, inappropriate, outside the scope of services, or not feasible.

5. Information Needed for Consultations

Depending on the service, you may be asked to provide additional information such as date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, specific questions, names, property details, or other context relevant to the reading.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate. Inaccurate birth time, birth place, spelling, dates, or context may affect the consultation output.

6. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

This website does not currently collect payment card details or process payments directly through the form. Fees, payment method, cancellation terms, rescheduling terms, and refund terms, if any, will be communicated separately before or during booking confirmation.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, missed sessions, late cancellations, or incomplete information provided by the client may not qualify for a refund or replacement session.

7. Communication

By submitting the contact form, you authorize AstroRitikaa to contact you by email or phone for purposes related to your enquiry, including availability, booking, clarification, session preparation, and follow-up.

We do not guarantee a response time, though we try to respond within the timeframe stated on the website.

8. Health, Safety, and Emergency Matters

AstroRitikaa does not provide emergency services. If you are facing a medical, mental health, safety, legal, financial, or other emergency, contact the appropriate qualified professional or emergency service immediately.
